It has no other amenities. No heater not inside no cooling no electricity. The other storage units around me charge $75 for the same thing but I can't go with them. I work out of my storage unit so I can take pictures and list things that's all I really do. And I only do online listings and I only meet with people when there's a set appointment. I have to meet then at my storage unit generally because I cant drive and only have an escooter. I can carry some things on my e-scooter but it's just easier for them to meet me. If it's something small I'll bring it out to them but if it's not they have to come inside and pick it up.
