Yes I know they’re not trying to take 4o or other legacy models away (if so then 4.1 will also be down but it ran smoothly as usual) and yes I’ve emailed the customer support. But this is getting ridiculous, ever since 5 models roll out, I always noticed ChatGPT always been experiencing at least massive glitch a bug at least once a week and everyone including the pro users are experiencing and weirdly it’s almost at every thursday and friday. Before 5 released I have deal with annoying A/B testing but that’s doesn’t really bother me too much because the quality of 4o stays consistent, but now it’s almost laughably bad. I have 8 different active sessions all running on 4o (some has gotten very long) and I am unable to continue because of this widespread glitch. If OpenAI was a startup then maybe it’s understandable, but they are not. They’re billions dollar company and sometime it took them up to 4-6 hours to finally NOTICED there’s something wrong going on. But the time I wrote this status on status.openai.com still said FULLY OPERATIONAL. How the fuck for a company with almost a billion users can move this slow? Do they only do something after office hour in the US began even knowing that that their users are based all around the world and some of them are working right now? Do they even have 24/7 customers support for a company with this case? Truly disappointing, if it wasn’t because 4 models right now I will be gone and stopped subscribing right now and moved to other platforms since this is how they treat their paying customers. (Sorry if it’s a bit rant-y, $20 goes a long way in my currency and I’m just very annoyed right now)
