I'm a DevOps Engineer who's frustrated with how long it takes to set up CI/CD for each new microservice (\~3-4 hours for me with ArgoCD + GitHub Actions). Some of my client's have monorepo setup and some use one repo per service. Curious about others' experiences: 1. How long does initial CI/CD setup take you? 2. What's the most time-consuming part? 3.
