Hey, we are a catering business that delivers food to kindergartens and schools. We mostly have the same adresses everyday, but in the holidays they often change. For this we want to implement a route planner so we don't have to put in all those changes manually everytime. I've put a bunch of research time into this now, and I was surprised I couldn't find a tool with all our needed functions. I hope you can help me out. What we need: - import adresses (with notes for special cases) via Excel sheet - preset start/end time for the respective routes (we can't all start at the same time because we deliver food) - preset cars and their capacities - preset adresses with earliest/latest delivery times. Also set the needed capacity per adress. - toggle customers to inactive if they don't get food delivered at the moment - distribute all active adresses between the selected preset routes and cars in the given parameters. (If we have the feeling there should be less routes, because some of our customers are closed atm, we should be able to tell the program to distribute between only the preset routes we selected) - export the respective routes as PDF to print out for our drivers
