Especially considering you said you were able to raise your rates. Im in a similar boat. Havent had time to focus on lead generation because the business needs speed on the labor. So now im going to train a guy next week to help with lead gen to keep things flowing properly. I cant be wearing multiple hats all the time. The work needs to be divided up.
