Hey everyone, Need to be real for a minute. I've been grinding on my startup for over a year. I'm building an app to help people with loneliness and anxiety, which is something I'm super passionate about. But honestly? The process of building it has been incredibly lonely. I've been throwing money I barely have at ads trying to find my first real users, and it just feels like shouting into the void. It’s a special kind of isolation when you're the one person who's supposed to have all the answers, and you just... don't. Friends try to help, but they don't quite get the 24/7 pressure. The ironic thing is, I literally built my app (an AI companion on iOS called ThunDroid AI) to help with these exact feelings. It's my own little support system for untangling my thoughts when it's too late to call anyone. But it can't solve the unique stress of being the one steering the ship. So I guess I'm not here to talk about my app, but about the problem. I'm just asking... how do you all cope? What's your real, actual secret for not going crazy when you're in the thick of it? Any advice for dealing with the constant stress and the feeling that you're totally alone in this would be amazing. Appreciate you all for even reading this.
