I had a customer complain that we charge $49 for shipping on orders under $200 and they didn’t know. I sent screenshots of the checkout process, the conversation where they admitted the product was good but they didn’t like the shipping. I showed the bank the we mention how much they could add to cart to get free shipping, the $49 free shipping is even called “$49 Shipping - Spend $200 and get FREE shipping!” We’ve won the two chargebacks we’ve had.
