Location: Pennsylvania Vendor location: Oklahoma I purchased an item for $35 on a website that states all sales final, no returns. The item was shipped promptly however, when it arrived at my local post office, it hit a roadblock and was returned to sender. I was out of the country on vacation so I did not see the item was stuck at the post office until I got home and noticed the item was not delivered. I messaged the seller via email, instagram and Facebook. A week went by with no response, no resolution, so, I filed a dispute with my card company and got my refund. The next day (today) I get a call from the business owner stating to get my item, I need to cancel my dispute, and pay him MORE MONEY! I responded that I no longer wanted the item. I would cancel the dispute if he refunded me. He refused and stated he will file a small claims court case in Oklahoma and get his money either way and not send the item I purchased. His explanation was that he shipped the item and it was delivered... but the tracking on USPS clearly shows the item was delivered to him. Am I covered under the fair credit act? This item was not custom made for me. Its a t-shirt with his car on it
