I had my first return from an item it sold on ebay. I don't accept returns and it said so in the original listing. Ebay automatically allowed it because, apparently, when they rolled out the international shipping program a few weeks back, a few of my settings were changed and I didn't realize it, one being the radio button that says customers can return items. I tried dealing with ebay, but that was like talking to a brick wall. It didn't matter what my listing said, the radio button controls. I've corrected that. Luckily, my listing indicated that return items will have 20% deducted. I'm at the point where I just received the returned item and I need to issue the refund. The garment looks like the original condition. They returned it stating it doesn't fit. Ok. That's fine. But, now, how do I take the 20% off the return amount?
