My main struggle here is that we are still growing and everyday is different. Usually we (my partner and I, in life and business) don't need to drop everything and go into the shop, but it happens, so planning is difficult. Wanting to exercise "everyday after work" for example can easily be thrown off by an employee call, an equipment issue that needs fixing, and any other number of unforeseen situations. Anyone in a similar situation? Do you just aim for first thing in the morning or right before bed? Thanks in advance!
