I am trying to set up sales ads with a Instant Experience so that I can showcase a video and the core products the client has to sell. After a lot of struggling to set up the content ID we got the ad working. Now that the ad has been running, my items keep getting removed from my Commerce Manager catalog. I can't seem to find any clear issue with this other than that I have a 0% catalog match rate, which makes sense if the ad isn't running. I already installed the piece of code it wanted me to install. It also says some content ID's don't match anything on my pixel, but that's because I haven't incorporated all products yet. I can't just sync with the shopify backend because my client is using their own shopify store built off of a massive store hosted by the distributor. Does anyone have any idea what could possibly be going wrong here?
