hi , i'm from indonesia . In my town you can count digital signage screen with fingers. i get why people/company still hesitate to buy it, the price is really high and unrealistic. i tried to experiment on the miniature version of it, using 10 inch touch screen then recalculate the expenses to make the interactive 43 inch, and was mindblown because i can cut the price to just half of the market price, and still getting profit from it. still the price is still too high for me to shoulder alone. and for the system and ad network to run as what i visioned, i need to have the product on large quantity. i didn't want to just sell the screen. but i want to rent it to business owners to put their ads on it. i can then share the ad profit to the one who own the place where signage is parked/placed. **but the cost to build 1 43" signage is around $700-$900 . $500 if it's not using touchscreen.** i need to atleast have 5 for it ( to be placed on each Mall in my town ) for it to actually work like what i intended. i tried to ask my relatives and other business partner and they said the early investment is too big, while the ROI is gonna be slow. with the current ads price rate, need a 4 to 6 month for 5 signage to return the investment. even if after that is basicaly a passive income forever, as long as the mall is running. still that's too much of a money to invest. i guess i just need to let this idea go just like that haha. not everything in live goes the way that we want. lesson learned XD
