Hey everyone! I wanted to share something I have built. I was inspired by Much\_Ask3471's post and from my own frustration at spending hours every morning scrolling through LinkedIn and job boards. **The problem :** * Seeing hundreds of job posts daily. Most didn’t match my skills * Kept repeating the same filters, copy-pasting applications, writing similar cover letters , checking ATS Scores , Checking Gaps in my Resume for different JD's - all manually * It felt like I was doing busy work instead of smart work **The solution** \- So here is a automation using n8n. Now every day the system : * Pulls my job-hunting criteria (titles, keywords, locations, Job Type etc. ) from a Google Sheet. * Searches for jobs posted in the last 24 hours only , so I see the fresh ones first. Pulls job descriptions, runs them through an AI to compare them with my resume and calculates a "match score". * If a job scores above a threshold ( like 50 % ), it sends me a Telegram notification with the job + a cover letter draft + Skills Gap + Resume Improvements Needed . * Finally Sends a Consolidated Job Matched PDF as well for a complete look. **Why this matters** : * No Manual Search : now spend only reviewing perfect matching jobs * Better Fit, Higher Quality : address only relevant jobs * Better Follow-Up : applying becomes easy **Jump to 1:54 to see the surprising part of the video** \- Have even created a web application where you can create your profile , share resume and just Hit " Run Analysis " and it will do the exact thing as n8n automation with sharing only relevant job for best chances ..... what are your thoughts ?
