We've hit a point where our documentation just can't keep up with our product updates. Every time we push a new release, half of our internal guides become outdated. It's frustrating because employees keep following the wrong steps, and customers end up confused. Our ops team has tried everything.... Notion, Confluence, Loom videos. I just feel that maintaining them is a nightmare. Videos get outdated within a month, screenshots even faster. I've been thinking there has to be a better way to create living documentation, something interactive that doesn't need a full rewrite whenever the product changes. Has anyone found a realistic way to handle this at scale without drowning in updates?
