yeah, same thing happened to us on a “quick MVP.” everyone wanted it “scalable” and “future-proof” so we spent weeks wiring auth + permissions + settings… and no one could actually do a full workflow. only thing that saved it was defining “first value.” once we said “new user hits X in 10 mins,” half the noise stopped. We now start to build with 10-min value target and mark the job done when value hit + event tracked + doc line
