Got users on EasyFlow but zero paying customers. Need to run interviews to figure out why people use it but won't pay. What I'm planning to ask: What problem were you trying to solve when you found EasyFlow? What would happen if you couldn't use EasyFlow tomorrow? What would make this worth paying for? But I feel like these are still too generic. If you've done user interviews that actually revealed insight (not just "nice feature, I like it"), what questions did you ask? Especially interested in how you phrase questions to get past the polite "yeah it's good" responses.
