I am so frustrated. I’ve had 5 star reviews with all customers & then today someone posted this insane review. They bought a solid 22k gold pendant - I shipped fully insured the day they purchased. It arrived the next day. They claim it never came & instead of asking for help just immediately said they made a police report & I need to refund immediately or else (made threats of police/ Etsy claims / etc) This feels like they were hoping to keep the gold & get money back. Over $500 order. I don’t know what to do but this feels so terrible that someone can just lie & tarnish my entire shop. They just reviewed saying “FAKE SCAM LIAR etc” 🙄
