Hello - I am currently looking at options for expansion into a storefront and I'm running up on a few issues I could use help with. We have been operating in a mobile environment, going to fairs, events, and art shows for the past 2-3 months and want to look at next steps for the new year. In leasing a space, we need to secure financing, but most SBA loans or small business loans either want us to 1) be in business for 6+ months or 2) take out more than what we're looking for. We are only looking for $45-60k to secure the space, build it out, and move forward. I keep getting turned away. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
