I hired Viral Coach 2 months ago to help my startup scale video content - the whole reason I moved forward was because multiple team members emphasized that they have a 100% money back guarantee if they don't deliver 1M organic impressions over a course of 3 months. Fast forward: they've done absolutely nothing and charged us $20k. All they've done is hop on one hour-long call, then absolutely ghosted us. Every time I check in, they claim "they're waiting for x, y, z" but in reality there's no reason at all why we haven't been able to get started - we reviewed and approved the content ideas, spent a ton of time recording UGC content, set up a new secondary account for testing, etc.. I was excited at first, but it's clear now after working with them that they're just a total scam. Their entire team are just salespeople and now they're claiming that because we didn't complete the entire program, a refund isn't eligible (a complete 180 from what they initially repeatedly stated.) It's to the point now where I just got our lawyers involved and are hoping we can get our money back because otherwise we spent $20k for quite literally an hour of their time and a private slack messaging board where 2 scrolls get you to the first message. Worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. Stay away!
