I've been studying July(on&off) and usually study 3 to 4 hours daily excluding breaks. I want to increase this duration and want to reach 6-7 hours (daily). I wake up around 6 and start studying from 8 am to 1pm. Then I go for lunch and find it really difficult to studying again as I feel lethargic so I skip it and watch some series/movies or read some other books. At around 6:30 PM i go to gym and come back at 8. Then dinner and again series or books. Lastly go to sleep around 11pm - 12pm. • I want to my productivity as My exams are on December. • 6-7 hours is the ideal goal without getting any trouble in my consistency. • The main problem start after lunch, so any good tips for that.
