Location: Broomfield Colorado. I work as security. my shift is very set in stone, and my position has not changed. I was out for 5 days with COVID, as I had to quarantine until I was symptom free for 24 hours. my boss hired on two new people to "cover me while I was gone". they cut hours for at least one other person, so I'm pretty sure I'm not getting my job back because they need the hours for the two new people. also basing it off of context clues of we have 3 people for overnights, 4 for morning, and 6 for my shift, which is way too many. here's the thing; I'm the only one (that I know of) who has requested reasonable accommodations for a documented disability I have. Everyone else calls in sick, or has family emergencies, and they're back at work as soon as everything is right again. now I'm "on call", but not making any money. is this grounds for a retaliation/discrimination lawsuit against my company? I have proof of my accomodations request, my boss(es) saying they can't schedule me because of the new people, my covid test, my communication of my covid case, my schedule being changed, etc.
