Honestly, I'd rather your team have focused on current bugs and fixing support reply time and quality of support than launching another AI-feature. How can I trust your AI agents if I know for a fact I won't be able to get in touch with your team for support if there's an issue? Or knowing that when I do get in touch, I'll get 3-word replies that lack any kind of context or actual support... Plus, knowing that there are bugs to basic features like auto-recording that aren't being addressed... Makes me un-confident that an AI agent will be able to meet my needs (or work).
