I really like the idea of turning goals into small, achievable steps—it's much more motivating. I wonder how Fred helps people stay committed to their goals long after the initial enthusiasm fades? After all, people usually just stop using the app when the initial burst of motivation fades. Is there also a quick check to see if it's a truly thought-out goal or just a fleeting desire? (I think this could reduce the number of goals set and not achieved.)
