You made it further than me, I couldn't handle public beyond senior. I just recommend medication, proper sleep, diet, light exercise and counselling. My medication and coping strategies don't do do shit when I'm below 7 hours of sleep without proper meals. Trying to execute when my executive function battery is running 20 percent at 8am is a recipe for failure. I'm just a controller at a small 20 million sales glass company 😂
