It's a trade school. Maybe part of the struggle is specific to the nature of the market. My customers are people who are looking to improve their financial situation, and many of them are very strained, so even though my price is the lowest out there, it's still a stretch for some and simply out of reach for others. My instructional staff must be licensed in the field, and they can make way more than I can pay them as instructors just practicing the trade. So while my pay is decent for teaching, it's low for what these people can make elsewhere.
