Took me way too long to realize I was spending 20+ hours a week on content when I should've been building actual product features. Started batching everything on Sundays instead of posting randomly throughout the week. Switched to Blotato for handling the cross-platform stuff which helped a lot. Now I'm down to like 4 hours total per week. All that time went straight back into product dev and customer calls where it should've been the whole time. Anyone else feel like social media became their accidental full-time job? How'd you break out of that cycle?
