I have an ios app that I've been trying to run spark ads on my winning tiktoks now for like 2 weeks now. I connected everything with the MMP appsflyer, i did the suggested Skan Conversion Studio subscription model on appsflyer so the whole skan schema SHOULD be good but for some reason when I go to events on tiktok, the 'Update to SKAN 4.0' is greyed out. I've tried everything to my knowledge (which is quite limited in this) to try to get it enabled but nothing seems to work. All trial, subscription, session etc events organically are showing up on the dashboard since publishing the app with the appsflyer sdk, and the version of appsflyer I have is 6.17.7. When i go on tiktok events and check Measurement Partner all events are showing there too. I just cant update to SKAN 4.0 for some odd reason. Now for context, before using an mmp, I tried using the TikTok SDK and running subscribe campaign ads which failed but what i did was I clicked Configure SKAN on the events page and setup subscribe, registration, and start trial with values (which i now can't completely delete because of a tiktok gltch or restriction.) I'm not sure if that's the reason or I've done something wrong. Would appreciate any piece of advice that would guide me in the right direction. Thanks.
