Running a store doing about 40k/month and I need to add live chat. Customer emails are piling up and I'm missing sales because people have simple questions that could be answered in 30 seconds. I've been looking at the usual suspects - Intercom, Zendesk, Drift, but they all seem way overbuilt for what I need. I don't need a million integrations or AI chatbots or whatever. Just something clean that works on mobile, lets me (or my VA) respond quickly, and doesn't cost $200/month. I tried the free Tidio plan but it feels pretty limited. Gorgias keeps getting mentioned but seems more for bigger operations. What are you guys actually using? I just want something reliable that converts better than the contact form I have now.
