Hey everyone, I run a small creative/ads agency (basically I create ads for brands). I’ve been doing it for about 2 years now. Right now I make around $5K/month before taxes. I’ve been reading a lot about dropshipping, digital products, and other side hustles, but I feel like I should focus on scaling the business I already have, since it’s proven and working. The problem is: I have no idea what the “right” way to scale looks like. I’ve tried cold outreach, but it didn’t work well for me. Now I’m thinking maybe I need to set up better systems or even invest in coaching, but I don’t know where to start. So my question is: **how do you scale an agency?** * Should I be focusing on outreach, referrals, systems, hiring, or something else? * Has anyone here actually done it successfully? * If coaching/mentorship is the way, how do you find the right person?
