Has the cost you pay for discounted shipping changed at all? 10 days ago I shipped something through Shopify discounted rate from Canada to Europe and it cost $160cdn. Yesterday I tried to ship another parcel to Europe, same weight and dimensions, and it is charging me $225cdn. Bit of a piss off because I charge customers $160, as that’s what I have to pay. I contacted customer support and while talking with them and retrying it to get a screen shot, the system showed that it was going to charge me $185cdn. They didn’t have an answer as to why, and since then each time I try it is showing me $225cdn again. Does anyone else see such wild fluctuations?
