Hey y'all. I've been working on my AI marketing startup for two years. We had a successful launch, growing 50% MoM for our first like 5 months till we reached 40k MRR (woohoo), but it has been steadily declining ever since then. I'm full-time on this and have worked 60+ hours a week on it, and tbh it is just soul-crushing to see the numbers going down a little each day. We do get new customers (mostly via meta ads), but our churn is honestly dismal: 15% MoM (50% leave after 3 months of using us). I'd like to believe we have a good product, but it's just a PMF issue: I think we've attracted the AI crowd, which is a fickle bunch ($30 ARPU, high cost sensitivity, and churn). I think I want to move upstream (either to SMB at 10x ARPU or even enterprise at 100x APRU). (Doesn't everyone?) Obviously I know you can't just half-a\*\* that kind of move. I have read Crossing the Chasm and find it really helpful, but actually implementing it, I could use guidance! Does anyone know a startup coach who is trained in this and worth it?
