Hello everyone, I am 15 years old and have been trying to start a SaaS business since April. I have started about 6 projects and fully built 4 of them. Basically what happens is: * I build the application * Then I try to get some early users from Reddit, X, and LinkedIn I also spent about **$400 on paid ads** on Reddit and X, which got me lots of bot clicks and **no users**—not even on the freemium version of my product. This was a major blow for me since it took a while to save that $400. Currently, I’m working on a SaaS that tells you which customers will churn and how to prevent them from churning. This time, I started with a **one-page offer** and am waiting to build the full project until I have at least **one prepaying customer**. So my question is: **what am I doing wrong?** I’ve been working on software for about **4 hours a day every weekday** and have made exactly **$0**. I’ve watched dozens of Dan Martell and Alex Hormozi videos and read around 20 business books. I’m a bit burnt out and disappointed—but I also know that now I’m 8 months closer to getting my first sale. And I’m **never planning on quitting.** If you all have any tips or advice for me, please drop it in the comments. Thanks for reading, and wish me luck.
