I have this ongoing struggle where I'll open something important in a browser tab - like a form I need to fill out, an email that needs a thoughtful response, or a deadline I'm tracking - but then I get pulled into other work and it just... disappears into my tab chaos. I'm always torn between keeping 20+ tabs open (which slows everything down) or closing them and then completely forgetting what was actually important. The mental overhead of trying to remember "wait, was that client email urgent?" is exhausting. Yesterday I realized I missed responding to something time-sensitive because it got buried in my browser mess. Super frustrating. I feel like I'm missing some obvious solution here. How do you all handle this? Do you have a system for managing stuff you can't deal with right away but don't want to lose track of? Bookmarks don't really work for me because then I just forget to check my bookmarks 😅
