I run a small one-person business doing Amazon sales and Shopify, while also managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. I use AI tools, take product photos, edit with Photoshop, make videos, run ads, meet international buyers, pack products, ship them, take courses, and read a lot to keep learning. On top of that, I do 2–3 hours of housework every day. For nearly 5 years, I’ve been working without breaks—sometimes all night, often sleeping only 3–4 hours a day. I started with very little capital, and I’m proud to have made it this far, but it’s been intense. I developed neck disc issues in the first year and had 2 months of physical therapy. Last year, I needed therapy almost all year. Doctors recently told me that treatment isn’t enough anymore—I need to start exercising. I honestly don’t remember the last time I had a proper vacation. Lately, my health has really declined. I’ve started outsourcing some repetitive tasks and eating out more just to reduce my stress, but with limited income, even that feels like a stretch. How do you manage your time, workload, and health as a solo founder or freelancer? Do you have any routines, boundaries, or tools that help you avoid burnout?
