My store was closed by Shopify shortly after I created it (no explanation of why). I got a charge from Shopify to my bank account. I'm assuming it's for the store membership fee, but can't actually tell because I can't access my Shopify store account, because it's closed. I've contacted the customer support chat. They say some accounts team will look into it, and get back to me by email. That never happened. I asked the chat again. They said the same thing. I tried again today, and kept asking to be connected to someone who could help, but got nowhere. They just repeated that they'll have to get back to me by email. Is there any way to reach an actual person who can do something there?
