Congrats on the launch 🚀! Neutron is tackling a huge opportunity, context-aware productivity is where most AI assistants still fall short. The proactive overlay approach feels powerful, especially since workflows today are fragmented across Chrome, Slack, PDFs, etc. A few thoughts from my perspective that might help as you scale: 👉 Clarity of value in the first 5 minutes. Proactive AI can risk overwhelming users if it surfaces too much, too soon. A guided onboarding that shows 2–3 high-impact use cases (e.g., summarizing PDFs + drafting Slack replies) could accelerate adoption. 👉 Trust & transparency. Professionals will want to know why Neutron is surfacing a suggestion. Even a lightweight “because you’re in X app doing Y” explanation can go a long way in building confidence. 👉 Focus on power-users first. Founders, researchers, and engineers love customizability. If Neutron lets them tune triggers or workflows, they’ll evangelize it. 👉 Measure stickiness, not downloads. Success here won’t be installs, it’ll be DAU/WAU and how often users accept Neutron’s proactive nudges. Early telemetry on this will guide the roadmap. Overall, love the ambition. If you can balance proactivity with control, Neutron could become a real category-defining desktop AI layer.
