**SITUATION:** My ad account has been disabled with the message: *“Payment method not charged.”* **ACTIONS TAKEN:** ✅ 2 verified payment methods at the Business Manager level (MasterCard + Visa) ✅ 2 verified payment methods at the ad account level ✅ €310 available in the account ✅ Test payment of €10 successfully completed (confirmed by email) ✅ 48-hour synchronization period respected I received a confirmation email from Meta proving that my €300 payment was **accepted on October 2, 2025**, and my €10 payment was **accepted on October 9, 2025.** **Meta support does not help.
