I'm currently a part time endoscopy nurse working 24hrs per week in illinois. We are constantly losing staff and there is a push for more case per day. T here is talk of cases going as late as 8p. Our latest nurses leave at 630. Can I be forced to work over my scheduled hours even though we have a call team? Or do I have a right to refuse without repercussions ?
