Hi everyone, My co-founder and I are running a lean tech startup and, like most of you, we were struggling to maintain a strong LinkedIn presence without burning out. Our activity was either high-quality but sporadic, or consistent but low-effort. We shifted our approach entirely to a strategy-first, system-driven process, and it saved us. Here’s the simple framework that allows us to bulk research, create, and schedule a month of content in about an hour: **1. The Single Strategic Session:** Once a month (not weekly), we sit down and determine 3-5 high-value **themes** (not topics). The themes are based on what our audience is asking about *right now*. **2. The Hook-Body-CTA Generator:** We use a simple internal system that forces us to start with the most engaging "hook" first (contrarian statements work best). We write 20 hooks, then match the best 10 to a body and CTA. **3. Set-It-and-Forget-It Scheduling:** We dump the 10 posts into our scheduler and leave it alone. The key is **enforcement**—no last-minute, low-effort posts are allowed. This shift solved our consistency problem entirely. If you're struggling with burnout, focus on the system, not the daily effort. Question for the community: What scheduling tool do you find most reliable for bulk uploads?
