Hiring manager here: to give you an idea.. in 2022, for each time we posted a CSM role, we would get around 150 applicants during the hiring cycle (2-3 months). In June this year, we posted the same CSM role and got over 800 applications in a matter of weeks. Jobs are real, but scarce. Competition is tough and it's also hard to find good candidates at the same time.
