I've reached a point where I absolutely need to grow the team, but I'm stuck between hiring in-house (which is slow and expensive) vs going remote and tapping into global talent. I’ve been looking into different options, and one I’m currently exploring is 1840 & Company. They position themselves as kind of a global talent partner, not just freelance platforms, but more like pre-vetted talent + handling all the legal/employment stuff if you’re hiring across borders. Haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but I’m considering trying them for some roles in support and maybe marketing. Has anyone here scaled using this kind of model, working with a global staffing partner instead of hiring directly or going full agency? Trying not to screw this part up
