I came here because I need a place in my life where people understand the struggle of having employees and customers who all think we're the bad guy. We charge too much, don't pay enough, ask too much, don't communicate enough, over manage, under manage, on and on. There's plenty of content on social media about how employers and managers expect too much of employees and employees need to like set boundaries... which is nice, I get it, some places really are awful, but I feel like I work harder and hold more for so much less in return and they still see me as an adversary. I guess I'll get used to it but I'm not yet and I want to be around people who can relate to the heavy head and loneliness of being the decision maker in a young business.
