A client of mine for whom I do website and stuff has over 2,000 Google reviews, and replying to them one by one inside Google’s interface was just painful. Out of curiosity, I hacked together a Make.com automation with Google Sheets to help them out. It worked, they’ve been using it successfully, and it actually saved them hours each week. But honestly, it still felt clunky and not really professional. That got me thinking… why not turn it into something proper? So I started coding, and [RepliFast](https://www.replifast.com) was born.
