I use Etsy all the time and when I’ve had an issue before the seller has either got back to me really quickly or was a scammer so I just escalated at the 48 hour mark. However this time I’m a bit stuck on what to do as I don’t want to cause issues for a small business. They’ve not got back to in the 48 hours, and while the issue maybe solvable by throwing the jumper in the was (it’s stained) I don’t want to do this as then it feels like I’m accepting the item as is. I’ve sent over images and they’re listed as replying in hours but obviously not in this case. How long would you give them or would you just escalate now? The item was an import as I couldn’t find anything like it here so wasn’t cheap.
