As an AI startup in India, my co-founder and I had to deal with continuous disappointments with multiple payment gateway providers: The onboarding experience was unreliable. Compliance problems, if any, were never relayed back to us and it made life so difficult to realize what's actually going wrong. And the back and forth took so much of our time.
