Hey everyone, I have a question about the next step in the ad process. Let's say your campaign is a huge success. The ads are working, and you are getting a ton of new leads every day. What happens then? I have seen a lot of businesses where this "success" just creates a new, massive "admin" bottleneck. A new lead comes in from a Facebook Lead Form... .and it just sits in a spreadsheet. Then someone has to manually copy that lead's info into the CRM. Then manually add them to an email sequence. Then manually send them a text. By the time all that happens, the lead is 24 hours old and has gone cold. The ad worked, but the "operational chaos" on the back-end meant the money was wasted. I am just curious how you all are solving this? How are you connecting your ad platforms to your CRM and your follow-up systems? Is everyone just living with the manual data entry, or have you found a way to automate that "lead-to-client" pipeline so nothing gets lost?
