You can offer variants for a single item in a bundle afaik. I don't think you can do multiple. The pricing matrix gets out of hand quickly. If there is a way to do it, I'd love to know. I'd be content with just offering the assorted variants, at their usual pricing, but in a bundle with a fixed dollar discount.
