Hi everyone, A bit info about my situation, my partner and I was laid off from our previous job and have been unemployed for almost a year. We recently saw a restaurant is up for sales at a great location that cost $90k CAD. We both have over 5 years of experience in food Industry and have a proper business plan already. We considered get loans from banks but we dont have any stable of income at the moment and the restaurant owners rejected our proposal (we want to give them about $20k first and finance the rest in about 5 years) Is there ways for us to get a $70-80k loan with out a stable income? Or our only way is work our a-off and consider buying another restaurant maybe in another 2years?
