I've got a Duravit 218801. It clogged the first day in the new apartment (no previous occupants) and we bought three plungers trying to plunge it. Bought an auger and it pulls out nothing. How can this happen?? WTF do I do?? I can't diagnose anything about the toilet itsself because I need to be a member of a bunch of websites to view their blueprints or care manuals for some reason. **What happens with the toilet:** \- When it flushes the tank moves fine but no water drains. However over a period of hours (usually overnight) it will drain fully, leaving a lovely TP mash in the bottom of the bowl. \- When I plunge I used to be able to smell the clog. Now I can't. **Things I've tried:** \- bellows plunger, flanged plunger, beehive plunger "guarenteed to fit all toilets". I've plunged for 45 minutes at a time, over 12 times. \- dish soap \- 5 gal bucket trick \- drain auger (nothing on it when i pull it out) \- scrubbing out the siphon jet (it's got a weird little cover thing on it and i cant get past it) \- this stupid "green gobbler" clog dissolver stuff (now i cant put my hands in the toilet water to troubleshoot cause it's caustic) Building manager says it's on us to fix (reasonable) but I can't afford a plumber RN and I cant keep using my roommates ensuite (esp at night) or going up 6 floors to use the common room bathroom, which means I have to remember to bring my own TP because they don't replenish it. This thing has brought me to tears several times and I can't take it any more. It's a rental only building so my options for DIYing a solution or replacing parts are limited.
