oh yeah we actually started using spur about 4 months ago for exactly this problem we have 9 clients right now and honestly it's been pretty solid for the multi-client setup. you can set up tests in plain english which is huge because our project managers can create them without bothering the dev team the main thing is it catches checkout breaks and payment issues before clients notice. had one situation where a client updated their shopify theme and it broke their mobile checkout flow. spur flagged it within hours and we fixed it same day. client never even knew setup is pretty fast per client, maybe 30-45 min to get the critical flows covered. we run tests nightly on all client sites and get slack alerts if anything fails not perfect obviously, sometimes you get alerts for things that aren't actually broken, but way better than finding out from an angry client that their site's been down for 3 days we just bundle it into our monthly retainer, clients don't even know we're using it specifically. they just know we catch issues faster now
